The Financial Sector Conduct Authority and the Prudential Authority, acting with the concurrence of the South African Reserve Bank, today (8 April 2019) published the following documents:
- FSRA Joint Communication 2 of 2019: Draft Joint Standard on margin requirements for non-centrally cleared over-the-counter (OTC) derivative transactions
- Notice regarding the publication of the draft Joint Standard on margin requirements for non-centrally cleared over-the-counter (OTC) derivative transactions and invitation to make submissions in terms of the Financial Sector Regulation Act, 2017
- Draft FSRA Joint Standard 1* of 2019: Margin requirements for non-centrally cleared over-the-counter (OTC) derivative transactions
- Consultation Report: Draft FSRA Joint Standard 1* of 2019
- Statement of the need for, expected impact and intended operation of a regulatory instrument
- Annexure A: Comments Template
